I raise my milkshake in honoring you, BYU.
Congrads byu but I'm still a die hard ute fan!
You GO BYU.
Too bad the media will only talk about Penn State's position as the top party school! But then complain later in other articles and stories about how bad and pervasive alcohol is on the American college campus. Way to go BYU! Set the right example! So few colleges and universities do!
Lets go tunnel singing!
The trouble with these lists is, that they encourage voluntary resegregation. Not based on race this time, but stuff like how likely am I to run into someone I don't agree with.
It is much easier to shoot your arrows from behind the perceived anonymity of Internet than meet human being and have a real conversation.
Thats because they are just counting booze. Not Crystal Meth and Oxycotin
Congratulations! Those are rankings to be proud of. A greater percentage of students probably finish their degrees because of their sobriety.
I am so proud of the Y, I have yet to drink coffee or alcohol
Do they still do that there?
"BYU - Where your best hasn't been good enough since 1875"
Yes, when will BYU get with the rest of the country and learn to accept mediocrity and certainly not push their students?
Oh, give it a rest, Don. Stop your self-righteous banter.
I doubt that anyone outside of Utah really cares about these ratings....I would be more impressed if BYU were rated best academic or largest endowment or best professors or something really worth bragging about.
We'll all be in shock the year BYU doesn't win this ranking.
Whatever you're doing BYU my advice is "DON'T CHANGE A THING." Another way of saying it is "JUST STAY THE WAY YOU ARE." There's nothing wrong with being the most sober school in the nation.
This is better than being #1 in football, or any other sport for that matter! Values and perspective!
A very good and commendable success.
BYU IS ranked high in ratings that are worth bragging about ... many of the departments are ranked very highly for academic prestige and student success. That's not what this article is about, so we'll celebrate the non-academic stuff here!
The only school worth talking about is the University of Nebraska in Lincoln, Nebraska. Go Big Red for the 09-10 football season, the only tough competitor will be The Univ. of Oklahoma. Where will the Y be for football this Will the "y" have a bowl game this year. "Go Huskers."
It's all underground so the honor patrol doesn't come around and kick you out of school...hahahha what a joke!
