haha good call anon, I believe every player that defends on Houston made the all-star team. It makes sense to pick local players if they want the game to sell-out. Especially considering that most fans, in my opinion don't see Everton as a big time opponent. I know they have a rich history and whatnot but they aren't exactly Barca or Real or Milan or ManU. It does seem a little ironic that our entire midfield made the all-star team and for the most part they haven't been as good as last year yet. I think Will Johnson deserves it the most for this year, but I do think Javi and Kyle are overdue. It gonna be awesome watching from the front row. GO REAL!

I too will enjoy the game from my 2nd row seasts from the north goal, Everton is a classy team, they did take 4th last season in the premiere league so, they aren't bad, whatever happens it will still be a fun a night.

I'd feel pretty embarrassed if I only made the team for marketing reasons. Poor RSL. How embarrassing.

The only problem with the kyle and javi shows is that you cant actually understand javi yet... When that was made he still needed subtitles when he speaks english for both languages

You're kidding right? Johnson was added as an injury sub by the coach, not voted by his fellow canadians. I doubt there are "a lot of players that deserved to be there more than johnson". In fact I very much doubt there is anyone in the whole MLS who runs more than Will in a match, and has a higher work load. If you can't appreciate how much Johnson does for RSL you probably don't understand soccer very well. W Johnson is a stud and a half.
