So what is the difference between this and all the large construction companies breaking the law hiring illegal immigrants. Wal-Mart, Mcdonalds, Cafe Rio, Del Taco, and all these places that once allowed those trying to earn money for college or go through college are now not available for legal workers. If they don't verify their legal status then who is to say they don't have TB or some other thing to infect the public?

Its interesting that the IRS can do their job but the INS is just for show.

The difference those alleged illegals you are referring to pay taxes that actually reach the Federal system.

The similarity is all companies are still operating.

The similarity is all businesses are still operating (should have been closed up)with the same knowledgable(of illegal practices) management.(Conspiracy/collusion)

The simlarity is they operate in multi state and constantly move funds between entities.(Wire Fraud)

The similarity is the affiliated companies who have full knowledge of wrongdoing but are not charged with conspiracy or collusion.

The similarity is it takes the government 4 plus year to bring a charge when it should be caught in one quarter.

Remember each individual taxpayer makes up the difference of what is not paid.

In this case, the companies who hired these leasing firms should be left with paying the taxes. Afterall the use the firms to skirt codes for higher WC rates and then the firm bundles them to the insurance company whom they are in bed with also.

If this was to happen then firms would learn not to use them.

When a Employee leasing company is run right it benefits the IRS, the Emplpyer, and the employee. I have used an employee leasing company the when i request shows me that all of the taxes are paid. The guy in sandy took the money and spent it on himself and he finally got caught. The state of utah has pretty good requirements to ensure that the employee leasing comapany is doing what they are supposed to do.. The big nightmare that is coming around the corner is health insurance and a employee leasing company is the way to go as liong as they are using a fully funded health plan.. Immigration will always be their so lets help those people get legal to work in the united state. Its really not that hard.
