Ahirtleff listened to his advisors in the hopes of getting out from under the FLDS issues so he could further his political career. In doing so he has cemented himself in history as an FLDS apologist and stooge and has now been reprimanded by the court. Perhaps he should pay more attention to doing the right thing - the course that will eventually pay the highest divedends for all involved.
Just a "small" correction, Jeffs was convicted of accompliace to rape not for arranging an underage marriage and he faces charges in Texas of aggravated sexual assault of a child. No charges regarding the marriages of underage girls to older men have been filed in Texas against him.
Ironic that everyone is cheering Wisan on for breaking up and selling the trust piece by piece considering the the previous trustees were removed as a result of allegations that they were doing the exact same thing.
