Help me out here. I'm in a quandry as to how the teacher could be charged with "forcible sodomy" against the boy. I must be really naive, or else she had a mighty power of persuasion.
Granted, my first thought is "What is wrong with these teachers???" Even if the boy initiated contact, don't they know to say NO!! On the other hand - this same boy had a sexual relationship with another teacher the year earlier, when he was 13??? Is anybody figuring out the boy might have a problem??
The boy absolutely has a problem, And it needs to be addresssed. The part that baffles me is the defense saying that because they had sex somewhere other than school, means that she wasn't in a position trust. WRONG!!! Correct me if I am wrong, But if a Dr has an affair with a patient, even if it's not in his or her office, Do they not risk losing a liscence to practice?
My career is taking care of my home and family. I guesss that means I'm not a wife or Mother unless I'm at home. Church, school and shopping doesn't count.
