What's wrong with telling us who it might be? There's nothing wrong with that. Lagerway always keeps details of everything hidden.. What for? let the media in a little bit
RSL has a pretty poor overall track record when it comes to personnel moves. But I think if you look at recent history, since lagerwey's arrival, and you'll find some pretty shrewd moves.
That combine with the fact that Checketts publicly supported the efforts of both Kries and Lagerwey, and gave them a directive to play attacking soccer, makes me hopefully about any possible moves they'll make during this trading window.
..with allowcation process. If we let other teams know who we want, they are more likely to pick up that player, in hopes that we will trade for them.
i.e. Danny Stetzla, DaMarcus Beasley, if teams can't use them, they will pass. (can't afford)
It is unlike other sports since we are dealing with leagues from all over the world and so allocating players in the MLS can occasionally be a free for all. It's better not to feed our curiosity at the risk of losing a player we're trying to sign.
