This movie is a flash in the pan that will not stand the test of time. Once the public realizes that it is nothing but a garbage-filled excuse for entertainment that promotes immorality, dishonesty, and substance abuse, the public will not continue to pay money to see it.
Yeah, I really don't think I'm going to leave it to Herr Spring to decide what films will or will not stand the test of time. (Herr Spring in 1972: "This movie is a flash in the pan that will not stand the test of time. Once the public realizes that this is nothing but a garbage-filled excused for entertainment that promotes immorality, dishonesty, and substance abuse, the public will not continue to pay money to see such a wicked movie as 'The Godfather'.")
But I do love how you believe that everyone in "the public" shares your own distorted view of the world (by, the way, how do you explain the continued success of another R-rated comedy, "The Hangover"?)
This movie was absolutely hilarious! Definitely not for the faint of heart, homophobes, and well... mormons! But it's rated R so it shouldn't even be an issue for mormons...right?
