The poor are heading south to the Mexican border, perhaps then the State of California can gain their economy back.
utah is known as the red carpet state.
Does this mean they will be going back to the Countries they came from?
How about the 144,000 wealthiest Californians that contribute 25% of Californias budget with their income taxes? They are the ones who just can't afford to stay in California. The richest 20% aren't hit nearly as hard as the top fraction of a percent. That is why the top fraction of a percent are abandoning California.
California is a basket-case. Obama wishes to make of the entire US the unsustainable mess that CA has become. CA will find the political will to make the changes demanded by basic math or it will spin on down to it must rebuild on the ashes that remain. That may be the best path available at this point. Yet fools elsewhere pursue policy that mirrors the disaster that is California, including many foolish citizens of Utah.
Still, this report is a poor excuse to raise taxes in an economic crisis. The rich live where they want to live.
Does this mean the great LIBERAL state of californisa is not actually helping the poor!?
LIBERALS are all talk, but never but never actually help anyone but themselves on the backs of others.
