There are no crooks greater than credit card money lenders. They change the rules and do everything they can to get your rates to jump needlessly. One way is paperless billing. When your email doesn't get through they jump your rate to 20%. It's a really big scam! Don't use credit cards....... If you can't afford to pay cash then just don't buy it!
