I am glad (sarcastically) how the Obama administration will back up a petty marxist dictator in Honduras against a constitutional government and completely ignore major injustices in Iran. I suppose he will be happy when they finally nuke Israel. The U.S. has no foreign policy other than support our enemies and dictatorial oligarchies. Any treaty with free and constitutional governments are linings for the bottom of the bird cage. That's how they regard our Constitution as well.
Thanks, Des News. This is REAL.
This picture nearly made me cry.
These women are fighting for freedom and peace, while the world discusses cutting temperatures by 2 degrees in their climate controlled rooms.
But what do I expect?
Why would I expect them to stand against oppression when that's what they want themselves-- the oppression of all people through taxation and excessive regulation?
Obama is the reason there is any unrest in Iran. He gave hope to those who love freedom. If the Neocons were still in power, Iranian dictators would have an enemy to unite against and the hard liners would have easily won reelection.
Iranians must determine their own destiny. Our meddling will only play into the hard liners hand. Wake-up to reality, years of aggressive war Iraq has not turned the hearts of the people to love the USA and it never will. Supporting the rights of other nations' citizens to determine their own fate is the only approach that will make our world safer.
The people of Iran are our friends, their leaders are evil. I am glad our president is not strengthening the hand of the oppressors.
the genie is out of the bottle--finally the Iranian people are waking up and they won't be able to force it back in. Freedom has reared its head and the people have seen it afar.
