This angelic little girl's story has and will continue to haunt all of Salt Lake County. Her poor heart broken mother has suffered so much and through her, the community.
I hope this new lead amounts to some real answers. While I am sure little Rosia is singing with the angels, it is imperative that the person or persons who so heinously hurt her and deprived the world of her life is brought to justice.
Justice won't be swift, it hasn't been yet. But, it will come.
God Bless Rosia's mom, family, and friends. She isn't forgotten.
I hope Salt Lake PD gets this evil person this time.
