YOU KNOW WHAT?, HE'S 100 % right - New York congressman says in a YouTube video that Michael Jackson was a pervert, Rep. Peter King also said society is glorifying a low-life. I am glad can be the first to comment on this story. THERE's someone out there left on Planet Earth as normal as I am. Thank God for that.
Michael Jackson was a pervert, a fruitcake, a bizarre person; born a black male and wanted to be white female--how bizarre is that? I'm just glad he will be out of the news--eventually, if the media will ever let him die.
a politician who is willing to stand up and tell it the way it is without political correctness and sugar coating.
what does it mean to be acquitted in a democracy? Is it the same for a retired football star accused of murder? Is this politician a judge or just a wannabee? kckid
Way to use the death of celebrity to thrust yourself in the national media. Who cares what a NY congressman thinks about Michael Jackson? He knows if he mouths off with something controversial about MJ, his name gets in the paper.
I find it interesting how people like to say "he was never found guilty" to defend those they agree with. But when it's someone they don't like for some reason, an acquittal in a court of law doesn't mean a thing.
And for the record, I don't like Michael Jackson and am tired of the coverage. I just like political grand-standers and hypocrites even less.
Bravo, Mr. King, just add 'Freak' to your comment!
gtom.
If anyone knows about perverts, its today's GOP.
Sorry, but its true. Anytime I hear one of them talking about family values, my first thought (now) is "what skeleton is in YOUR closet."
Nice! I'm tired of hearing about Jackson. He was a freak who could dance and sing. The end.
While I agree with the Senator that MJ has received WAY TOO much coverage. I have a hard time with someone that is obviously just trying to get his name out there as a "true conservative" or whatever.
There was obviously not enough evidence to convict MJ of sexual abuse. Not saying that he didn't do it, but that is what the courts are for. We can't prove it, move on. If he is in fact a pedophile, we will get him the next time.
Yeah, Mr.King,
Good for you! You have just succeeded by getting your 15 mins of SHAME and Michael is getting so many days and hours of FAME.
Michael Jackson was a great man who did an excellent job as an artist.
You are jealous and we understand because no one knows you. He would continue to get the spotlight from you even as you run for the GOP senate seat.
have you checked your closet lately?
Rep. Peter King must be really loaded to think he could throw out a statement like that and not be hit with a lawsuit - Jackson's estate includes his reputation - having been acquitted, he stands innocent of those charges.
You may not like what MJ did, said, or how he lived - but it was his eccentric life to live and not yours.
I personally find it an interesting saga where a poor black family hit it big and got caught up in the world - now he gets to stand and be judged out of the world as to how he lived.

Too late -- God already beat you to it.
And Michael Jackson wasn't some innocent guy who was prosecuted based on flimsy hearsay evidence. He PUBLICLY ADMITTED ON NATIONAL TV to sleeping in the same beds with young boys at his Neverland ranch.
Now I will admit there is the very, VERY small chance that he was telling the truth that these encounters were perfectly harmless, but usually when a 40-something man ADMITS to recruiting boys for sleepovers at his house most rational people immediately recognize the danger, even if he's a wealthy celebrity.
MJ made me laugh and made me cry. He was a remarkable person to me. Like all of us he live life with what he had to work with. God's expression through MJ was brilliant. May he rest in peace. Those of us who recognize will always love you.
Rep. King,
Naughty, naughty. You can't say that, even if it's true.
Don't you know you will need to be flogged in public and required to attend diversity training if you want to rehabilitate your public image after being crucified by the media?
Better get Dr. Phil's number loaded on your speed dial.
STOP HATING on a man that brought different cultures together he did something that you weren't able to do or didn't want to do,and you definitely were not their so you don't know if it's true or not. So please let MJ REST IN PEACE.
Pervert or not, He had the Bucks.
What is your problem?
For a congressman, part of a Democracy, to publicly mouth off his OPINION of something that was NEVER proven in court WHILE the family, friends, and fans are grieving, and preparing for the funeral and memorial services is PATHETIC! If MJ NY fans in the future FORGET MR. KING'S OFFENSIVE WORDS SPOKEN PUBLICLY DURING THIS DIFFICULT TIME, AND ACTUALLAY CAST A VOTE FOR HIM WHEN HE RUNS FOR THE SENATE ONLY TO FIND THAT MR. KING HIMSELF HAS SKELETONS IN HIS CLOSET AND AN INDISCRETION, would he want those fans to remember that indiscretion and cast JUDGEMENT ALONG WITH THEIR VOTE? WOULD THE PHRASE INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY THEN BE APPLIED TO HIM WITH HIS ACCEPTANCE, OR WILL HE TELL THE MEDIA THEN NOT TO TREAT HIM FAIRLY DESPITE BEING PROVEN INNOCENT? NOW NOW CONGRESSMAN, DID YOU EVER LEARN THE GOLDEN RULE? DO ONTO OTHERS AS YOU'D HAVE THEM DO UNTO YOU? WOULD YOUR FAMILY ACCEPT THE SAME NEGATIVE PUBLIC STATEMENTS THAT YOU'VE MADE IN THE MEDIA IF YOU'D MET THE SAME FATE? OTHER PUBLIC FIGURES WHO DIED WERE NOT CRUCIFIED IN THE MEDIA AS MJ HAS BEEN. OH MAYBE THIS IS A RACE ISSUE!
way to go I'll be so glad when all the hipe about this freak is over. He looked more like a crazy white women than a dark black man.
