Has Mack Adams ever been out of this United States or is he a fictionary person.

Has he ever been treated medically outside of the United States?

If he was president, how would he resolve the problem.

To much time wasted on complaining about the crisis instead of solving the crisis.

Obama is a liar. "If you make less than 250,000 your taxes will not go up". Watch what cap and trade does to your utility bill. All because of the tax he puts on businesses so that he can say they passed it on to you, but he didn't do it.

Well Mack, just to let you know, in England just about everyone I know is happy with our health service. That is alot of people. SO now you know people who are happy!!!

Like KJB never have figured out just what health plan would be good for him or her. But KJB most likely owns a VW or Subaru (with a Obama sticker on it) and is currently withdrawing $500.00 per week unemployment checks until the next ACORN jo becomes available in 3 1/2 years.

America was "brought to its knees" eight years ago when preemptive war, illegal wire-tapping of its citizens and surplus disappearing and replaced with deficit.

It is the “brothers of hate” such as the writer of this letter that has brought America to her knees. The tremendous debt that is being by the Obama government is being spent on the people of America. The tremendous debt of the previous government was simply a robbing of the American public for the benefit of evil corporations who willingly killed thousands of people including over 4000 Americans for Capitalists profits.

Obama may fail, do mainly to the efforts of people like Mack Adams, but if he does, America will also fail. No one else is doing anything to help.

Because Liberals don't have the facts on their side, they fight with ad hominem attacks. You are trying to change the subject. The president that you voted for is spending trillions of dollars that we don't have, and wants to spend even more on a failed model of health care.

That is not whining, that is voicing a legitimate concern about an unconstitutional agenda by this president.

Most canucks are happy with their health care.

I think "Sally" in England must be a fictional character. I know MANY people who have received medical care in England and couldn't believe how bad it was.

I love England with all my heart, but She has made a lot of serious mistakes in running headlong into socialism. Please, let us not follow. We are the land of freedom, opportunity and personal responsibility. We are the shining city on the hill. Please, let's not let these people destroy our country.

If you've never had prompt service before, what's there to complain about when you consistently have to wait for care?

Heaven forbid you or your friends have to get a new kidney or come down with cancer and have to get on one of those dreaded waiting lists. A neighbor and friend of mine from England said, just like you, that generally the Brits are happy with their care, but the delays for more serious issues are real, and the taxes that pay for it all are horrendous.

Not a trade I'm excited to make. Lowering the standard for everyone is NOT an improvement over what we have now.

"America has been brought to its knees" If is has, it happened under the watch of the prior Administration. The "tremendous debt, loss of jobs and loss of homes" is the Bush legacy. Obama has only been in office 5 months. If you were not so driven by this silliness, you would realize that these problems were part of the reason the AMERICAN public voted to change.

"President Obama continually pushes his health plan, but he never points to another country where the people are happy with theirs." Uh, where have you been? We spend the most on health care and rank about 47th in the world in healthiness. So much for an efficient system. Instead of protecting the status quo, which is really about protecting the corporate interests, how about stepping up for AMERICANS who don't reap the massive profits from the current system. It's all about money, not our health and well-being.

"He is not a magic man." Who said he was? If he was, he could make the moneygrabbers in Congress go away.

So you are saying if Obama fails it is the fault of all those Americans who won't jump on his bandwagon? Wow, only in office six months and you have already found a scapegoat for him.

Barack Obama is like a run-away train without an engineer. He needs to slow down and think before he causes even more damage.

Obama is certainly a magician. While we are looking at his left hand his right hand is stealing us blind.

If the problem is affordability, why is it that the government isn't going to do anything about the costs?

If the government enacts tort reforms that make suing for medical malpractice more difficult, this is one thing Canada did.

Next, reduce the amount of government mandated coverage, and allow insurance companies to allow people to pick their coverage.

If the government still wants to have control over people, let them combine Medicare/Medicaid and set up clinincs for those recipiants, and for the uninsured (although the uninsured would have to pay for services out of pocket or have easy payment plans). This could reduce costs by up to $1000/year for each insured person.

There you go, three simple things that can reduce costs, without government control or decreased standards of care.

Why do Conservatives hate America so much?

America has been brought to its knees? Tremendous debt? Loss of jobs and homes? Best Health Care system?

Seriously, have you been drinking so much of Neoconservative media's Kool-Aid that you've turned against your fellow Americans and better judgement?

9/11 was on Bush's watch. He failed to protect America.
Massive debt was created under Bush's watch, he failed to manage money.
Two Wars that haven't been won yet, were started under Bush. Meanwhile, he ignored Russia, NK, and Iran. He failed to build bridges with allies while ignoring the biggest threats to our national security.
Our economy collapsed under Bush. He failed to help us keep our jobs and grow our economy.
The home industry crashed, under Bush. He failed to keep us in our homes.
He failed to address education. He refused to help our children.
Bush failed to address illegal immigration. He simply just passed it along to the next guy.
He never touched HealthCare Reform. It's proven that we don't have the best system.

And so much more! Why do Conservatives hate America so much? I don't understand!
