Quite clear we had a Cop with a Quota to make.
Then we get a Hot Persuit out of it.
Things only get worse with a Cop involved, A Tazer as well.

I totally disagree with "Another Cop Stop". This officer was doing his job, attempting to keep the roads and highways safe for all of us. The fact that the man ran and continued to drive after failing a sobriety test proves the point - he was not in any shape to be driving. His judgement was impaired. I commend the officers of this state for putting their own lives in danger in order to protect the public.
