Once again, the legislature's failure to enact stronger anti-gang legislation has come back to hurt the community.

is there any way we can transplant a new city in the stead of WVC? it's like our own little Detroit in Utah...i am scared to drive through or anywhere near this gang infested city.
Another random stabbing of someone innocent that is not involved with gangs. Imagine that.
If this happened just four houses from you and you know he is a good kid maybe you would care and not be so judgemental. I pray for a quick recovery for Tyson and for comfort for his family.
