Nine hundred Kilo TONS is a serious threat to Seattle.

Nine hundred Kilo GRAMS probably wouldn't be enough explosive to bring down a single downtown building. It would however, be a clear act of war.

North Korea can't grow food. Why would it be surprising that North Korea is getting this technology from Russia?
