This is a rediculous law to punish underpaid workers in america. And how does this law going to be enforced on illegal aliens who are victimizing the health care system? Insurance is not a lawful requirement and merely a new means of taxing the american people. Yearly costs of insurance is thousands of dollars and to force it on the american people is absurd.

Why not do more to socialize all of medical care and do away with insurance completely? Which most of america is totally against also.

I think its time for Obama to undergo some psychological exams and see if he is fit to be in office. He seems to have to many obsessive compulsive behavior (OCD) problems that needs medical attention. Government cannot dictate personal choices in america let alone fine them for their choices. It's one of our freedoms.

The government has no right to impose another fee upon those who are already taxed, fee imposed and insurance poor, because of government regulations. For me, this is the straw that breaks the camel's back. I am angry and I am writing my congressmen.

If a person does not get their own health coverage, it likely will be because they can't afford it. And if they cannot afford the premiums, what makes Congress think that they will be able to afford the $1,000 fine? Congress hadn't better plan on those fines to help pay for their ludicrous health plan bill.
