The best thing for the security of america and its war on drugs is to relocate any and all military forces to patrol our borders with prejudice. That is where they belong in the first place, on american soil and defending america. Instead of chasing a few ghosts around the tropical forest, stop the flow at the borders and across state lines. The UHP could sure use some help on this trafficking systems in america.
