So sorry? No intentions of anyone else getting hurt? It is his 8th dui! Someone please get a reality check and lock this guy up for life, he is a habitual and continous repeat offender,Hello!? How many more have to be hurt, maimed or killed before someone does the right thing? !!!!!
I am so sick of the drunkards and the druggies.they get a slap on the wrist.Lock him up for life ,no parole!

My thoughts and prayers are with family and friends. They are left without her because of some selfish, inconsiderate moron. She is gone but he no doubt will walk the street and probably re offend.

Shouldn't he be off the road after his third DUI, or second? How ridiculous!

1st time - Shame on you. 2nd time - Shame on me.
I have to agree with Robin . . . Lock him up!

This state has some really messed up laws. DUI's and child abusers being the most lenient. I went to high school with a guy that had 10 DUI's before he committed a bigger crime and then only did 3 years for that crime...when I read that in the paper, my jaw fell to the floor reading 10th DUI...shouldn't someone with that many be in prison for life? Someone needs to change these laws...this judge did all that could be done.
