Boozer will opt in. Okur will opt out. Millsap will get an offer. We will let both go. We will trade Harpring and Korver for Turkalu SP?

Agree with Dave. I wish I could watch a live cam at the Jazz office to hear an announcement from O'Connor.

I'm betting Okur opts out - and then agrees to an extension - the finishing touches are probably being applied to the deal right now.

And Boozer, unfortunately, will opt in. Detroit doesn't want him badly enough. Boozer is a legend in his own mind. I'm going to laugh if he has to take a pay cut next season.

if Millsap quit, Snoozie gone I hope the Jazz find away to get more help at power forward even if cheaper variety.

Paul does not have low post abilities as Boozer

Defense is not eithers strengths

I personally would rather see the Jazz sign an unrestricted free agent from an obscure European team named Ilka von Wangenstein. He is a toe-tapper from way back who's got game!!!

game's run out

"Quit hating on Boozer, the guy is a player. He played Cleveland and now he is playing the Jazz."

He's not playing anyone. He'll eat crow and opt-in, then take a pay cut next year to sign with a team that's worse than the Jazz. Meanwhile the Jazz pick up one of the many great PFs in the lottery next year with their pick from the Knicks. Boozer was too clever by half this year and got burned....

rattler

Wasn't the deadline to declare 3pm? We've heard about Boozer, where's the announcement from Memo?

JAZZMANIIA MAN!!!

LET'S GET ON WITH IT, LET KEVIN AND GREG DO THEIR THING AND DO THEIR MATH AND TRADE, GET THE BEST FOR THE PRICE AND THE UTAH JAZZ CAN DO SOME SERIOUS WINNING THIS YEAR. I LIKE THEIR FOCUS AND YOU CAN BET THEY HAVE SOMETHING OR SOMEONE UP THEIR SLEEVES!
BOOZER COULD STAY AND CHANGE HIS ATTITUDE AND CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE TEAM AND MAKE UTAH SHINE OR GET AN UPGRADE SOMEWHERE ELSE. THESE GUYS ARE GOOD AND CAN PULL SOMETHING OFF I TELL YOU!! Watch Out!!!

"Beggining" To Speculate?

Heck, that's the only fun we get. I still hear rumors of Stockton, Malone or Eaton making a return to the game. If Hornacek orders a hot dog instead of a hamburger at A&W it means he's been thinking about scratching his face before making a free throw.
I have lived in in Dallas, Houston, Indianapolis, Denver Detroit and Cleveland. There ain't no fans nowhere who can speculate like a Jazz fan. I remember Alonzo Mourning had a 2 hour layover in the SLC airport. Next day it was in the papers he was considering coming to Utahr.
Speculate. It's what we do best.

RATS!! You mean we have to deal with another year of Boozer. What will he be injured with next year? Cutting his toe nails too short, a paper cut that could become infected. He is already severely overpaid for what he does (or doesn't do). One more year of having him sit during the regular season only to disappear during the playoffs.

2009-2010 roster

Actually very similar to 2008-2009

O Connor is celebrating...This is what he wanted.

the return of San Diego "Houdini" after a very enjoyable vacation....

Houdini and others thought the Jazz with the same roster would be "world champines" in 2010.

2011 maybe. Of course the roster would have to be turned over and new leadership to win the ring and leadership not starting with Phil or Tyrone
