It really was an awesome class! Can't wait for the Zumbathon for Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation July 11th from 10am-2pm at Holladay-Lions Fitness & Rec Center.

We are not exercising because Beto tells us to-we are exercising because he found a way to make it fun! Most of the teachers were already fitness instructors. But we found this new thing called ZUMBA which is so much fun that you have no idea you are working out, yet people are dropping weight like never before. It literally appeals to any one of any size and any level of fitness - the very fit love it. The non fit love it. The fat the skinny the in between. The coordinated and the un coordinated. The old and the young! It works for anyone. So before you call us sheep, go back to your boring workout (if you even have one) and we will continue to PARTY at ZUMBA!

I started doing Zumba at the end of April. I love it!! I never knew working out could be so much fun. I love the fun atmosphere and knowing that I'm burning so many calories at the same time! I recommend it to anyone. You don't even have to know how to dance. It's awesome.

I started to Zumba about a year ago around the time I joined Weight Watchers. I've been able to lose 75 pounds by following the WW plan and participating in Zumba and a few other classes at my local gym. Zumba is really fun, very energetic and the music is great. It feels like I'm on vacation for an hour or so! Beto's class was awesome; there was so much energy in the room, you couldn't help but have fun. Call me a sheep all you want. I'm happy to have found a workout that I enjoy and that helps me shed the weight!
