I think it's a good way to thin out the herd.

I think this is a great idea...Go NRA...I'd feel very comfortable, knowing that someone resposible was watching my back...Kankakee...

Your kidding!

Firearms don't mix with drunks, drugs or motor vehicles.
A drunk has to be one of the dumbest animals in captivity. The brain is gone which leaves them with nothing to think with and make decisions. Firearms, motor vehicles, sporting events, knives, ball bats, hand gernades shouldn't be allowed around any alcohol, at any time! What are they thinking?! I guess if we want to cut down on the number of patrons in an establishment, it will work. The police will have job security, so that will be good.

Can anyone explain the focus on concealed weapon permits. I would think that from security and defending one's self standpoint that the trend towards practical bearing arms would be to allow public display of weapons. It would be much more psychologically potent in securing the peace and order in public places and it would also help law enforcement to keep track of such weapons. It's the conceal weapons that have me concerned.

Good move

I am happy to hear that the state of Arizona is going the opposite direction that the federal government is probably going to go. Obama would love to take away our gun rights. The states have to stand up for our rights.

I agree that concealed carry permit holders are law abiding citizens and it creates a balance of powers against those who are not.

Once American town where full of gun packing folks. These people grew up with guns. Guns were everywhere. What did these Americans do with guns? They regulated them and removed guns from their streets and businesses.

Good move. What was Obama's action when the issue of guns in national parks was on his desk. Do lets facts get in the way of an NRA lie. You had better go buy more ammo.

Go NRA

Looks like Arizona's lawmakers are as stupid as Utah's.

George Washington said that the second admendment was the most important as it gives teeth to the people.

The constitution give rights directly to the people in only three places, and one is the second amendment. The right of the the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. The tenth amendment secures those rights and insures that states have now power to regulate guns.

All state laws concering guns are unconstitutional, per the second and tenth amendment.
