How does anyone recruit against UNC? I just read another article about Sam Perkins who is in the Pacer's back office. Pacers took Hansbrough. Then this article on Lawson and the background check between George Karl and Roy Williams. Over the weekend, I read an article about the unsung heroics of Mitch Kupchak, GM of the Lakers, also a Carolina grad. Just take one day's news clippings to any recruit, and it would be tough to walk away from an opportunity to play with Carolina.
