This is America. Strange Is legal. If Strange where not legal the you cold Not Build enough Prisons to hold the Strange.

A lot of Stuff is way Stranger then Michael Jackson would ever get to be.

This Tragic Death has brought about some "lets walk down memory lane moments and photos. The one I like best is of Mama Case, dressed in a very colorful very cute outfit. The picture shows her more pleasant looking then I remember her.

I remember a really cute, colored boy (we where colored in those days), with a huge Afro. On Eds Show. I remember hearing him on the Radio "live form the Apollo" That sweet high Falsetto Voice that penetrated to your Soul. Someone Special, Very Special.

He lived in his head, and there was a lot going on in his head. There was No Box that he would fit in or be held in. He could make the Boxes want to Dance.

In Hawaii when the Island loses a friend it cries (Rains).

We also say Aloha (Hello, Love and Goodbye). We say Mahalo which means Thank You. We say Mahalo Nau Loa. We also say PAU, which means its finished.

Too bad that his life style was not in harmony with gospel concepts.

I am sorry to hear about MJ---however I am getting really tired of hearing about him on every station I turn to. Other prominent Americans and entertainers have dies and news coverage has been appropriate---ie---a documentary, or story that is covered for 2-3 days. Nothing like this. He was no God, he was a good entertainer who liked to sleep with children, lived in his own little world, held his own child over a balconey, and seemed to enjoy being a black man who looked white. He was no hero. Where are our American values. Enough is enough. May he rest in peace. Now get on with it.

The MAN Michael Jackson

I have no problems with the man that Michael became. He lived his life under the focus of the entire world. Everyone had an opinion about him and very few really had any compassion for his ghosts and the torments in his life. I for one deeply respect the man he was, both his nobel side, and his savage side. He is an excellent example of the Nobel Savageof what it means to be humanand what it means to LIVE!

Conservative = FORCE everyone to be just like you!
Liberal = Accept those that are different than you.

mp

"There comes a time
When we head a certain call
When the world must come together as one
There are people dying
And it's time to lend a hand to life
The greatest gift of all

We can't go on
Pretneding day by day
That someone, somewhere will soon make a change
We are all a part of
God's great big family
And the truth, you know love is all we need"

-Michael Jackson from the song "We Are The World"

Set your judgments aside for one day and listen to the lyrics of this song, I think we can all learn something from this man.

People, PLEASE

Go back to watching your "American Idol" TV show and call in your judgements THERE!!!

That's a good one. You have it backwards. Liberals are very accepting as long as you don't question their beliefs. If you do question their beliefs then they can be the most hateful vindictive people on the planet.

MJ knew what it was like to live?? Live in misery maybe. I feel very bad for him, he was obviously a very confused person.

Anyone can sing some feel good lyrics. Doesn't make them a good person.

mp

Yes, but if those "feel good lyrics" can reach millions of people, then some good came of this man's life.

He was an evil, twisted being. I honestly was happy when I heard about his death. I hope a millstone is around his rotten neck.

alh

Truly, you people who are mourning and taking berevement days from work--why has his death affected your life? I don't understand! Aside fron influencing some of my musical taste in the 80's MJ has served no purpose in my education, my life, my career, my family, my kids, my friends--the things that really determine my personal happiness. He was a mentally sick man who made great music -- that's it. Get over it. Focus on your lives, your families and this country!

Eric Moutsos

Eric Moutsos said: “If death meant just leaving the stage long enough to change costume and come back as a new character...Would you slow down? Or speed up?”

Too bad

he couldn't take his music and his fans with him...let the rest of the world RIP! Ha!

AMBER

Michael Jackson was an amazing person and musician who was loved by many including myself he will be greatly missed and deserves to be remebered by his music and his work and love for others not by the horrible rumors that destroyed him!!
