Dave Rose has a passion that can't be denied and it will only be heightened with his new lease on life. I think he would admit that winning games is far less relevant to winning in life. That said, I am looking forward to seeing BYU basketball take it to a new level.

Great news for the blues! | 11:12 a.m. June 25, 2009
I could not be more relieved at this news. Everyone in the state, and throughout college basketball, was pulling for you. Prayers have been answered. I didn't know what to expect from your press conference, but only hoped for the best. This is wonderful news!

I'm so happy to hear it, and wish Coach Rose the best of health for years to come. You're life will continue to be an inspiration to us all. Go Coach! God bless all the cancer patients out there.

The Dnews wrote two, on the new news - which was new and exciting news. What the Trib, Herald, and the TV stations does is irrelevant. Should the DNews not write a story because the Trib already has one on the topic? You are being extremely petty here dude and don't understand the news business at all.

Must not have been overkill, since you obviously read them all.

Speaking for Utes everywhere, this is awesome, wonderful news. Keep fighting, Coach. Looking forward to seeing you on the sidelines this year, and for years to come.

Glad your back! I will definitely be happy to watch your team lose in the first round again! It has been a family tradition for the last 20 years.

After a classy response from "From the U," you have to follow it up with your petty comments. You are an embarrassment to the U.
