I would love to see the victoms family file a large lawsuit since it appears the judge is not capable of dispensing real justice. I would think a large suit for wrongful death is in order. Maybe that would teach the drinker some resonsablity.
I wonder if the young man had also been intoxicated. Can you also charge the family of the one who passed away? I mean, he also was drinking an should be held responsible for his choices even though he has passed away. Share that with his family.
I know this is not practicle but after some posts on stories from this paper, it would seem a justifiable messure.
