Look, if oil can be safely produced in orchards, vineyards, and farms in California and wildlife refuges on the Gulf Coast, it can be safely produced in the Utah desert. In that light, an environmental review should be rather quick and simple and done in about an afternoon.

The protests are a groundless political ploy and should be ignored.
