my sister was bilked out of $60,000 by this man... very sad story filled with hope, investment, despair and loss, not only of dreams but ultimately a house, a car and in many ways, a future...

As a victim of Mr. Kracl's I want to be made as whole financially as possible although ultimately we will never get back our house, our credit rating or the loss of trust in people we and our children will forever have. I speak for many of the victims when I say that we have received a far worse sentence then the 90 days jail Mr. Kracl was sentanced to. Many have lost their home, and their retirement funds. Some refinanced homes that were paid for to invest with him and now have a 30 yr sentence. Some have been forced into bankruptcy and many have had to come out of retirement and returned to work to be able to survive. He stole our futures so that he and his family could live the good life and spend our hard earned money frivolously and he only gets 90 days jail! What message does this send to would be con artists? I hope that in the future the State of Utah will take a harder stand against criminals so that the victims will have justice and the criminals true consequences for their actions.
