Ya sure hindsight is 20-20. Thanks for stating the obvious about the draft.
The talent is there but obviously nobody reliably knows. Every GM misses badly and occasionally gets lucky.
Millsap? What a pickup in the second round but look at all the idiot GM's who could not see what he was capable of.
The facts are that the talent level (currently today) says that this draft pool is largely a below average group. Very little star potential.
Sure, next year (or 2-3 years after) we will all be able to LOOK back and pick the few guys who panned out and say to the Jazz "why didn't you pick him" when all the players picked before and after stunk it up.
Like I said--easier said than done.
