Comments about ‘Man pleads not guilty in $100M Ponzi scheme’

The Free Capitalist won't be "free" much longer. And after all those years teaching us correct principles on the radio... I'm so flummoxed!

Does anyone think that Mr. K is finally beginning to realize he's in deep trouble?

sure does get alot of these wolfes...i say send a message loud and clear...so loud that those in that southern eastern part of the state can hear. One county down that way had an ex county commissioner and son convicted for doing a 111 million dollar ponzi scheme on the educationa system. The people in that particular county have a hard time recognizing what federal law is as that is the same county of the recent artifact raids. My children work there professionally and sometimes have a few concerns about people not accepting federal vs state or local laws that have been on the books for some time. If this guy is guilty he needs to be put in with the other robbers wheter they be bank or grave robbers. As the law of the land is not for sale in any shape or form as the price for justice for all is in many a cemetary. The courageous ones are the ones who follow it and sustain it knowing that..they ask for any extra privileges because to do so always taints the sacrifice!

All of us sinners are plenty happy to cast the first stone. A thief is a thief, and this guy is a thief. And the most annoying type of thief is the self-promoting, sanctimonious, "principles govern" thief.

Aside from Mr. Koerber's Ponzi scheme, he has defaulted on a number of debts to local companies.

For instance, in September of '07, he and 2 of his employees engaged a design firm for the creation of a new website. After putting the project on a rushed schedule and agreeing to pay extra, he and his employees stopped returning calls and emails. The standard deposit, which was "in the mail" never arrived and to this day the work has never been paid for.

Clearly this man lacks any moral character. It will not be a sad day when he is put behind bars.

It's still very amazing to me, that all of you leaving a message on here believe RK did anything wrong. Aside from Ron Paul, I can't think of a better candidate for president. Rick Koerber is the only guy left in this country who is strong enough to actually stand up to his government, much like our fore fathers in the 1700's. Everyone who reads my comment needs to stop accepting life and government as it comes at them. Instead, stand up and be heard. This was our free country. Now we've handed the power back to the government. Whether he did anything wrong or not, his message is a good one. Please take a look at his website: FreeCapitalist.com

AJ, You have NO idea who you are dealing with or talking about. Rick "stands" for great principles and morals but has had a track record of not always following them. I worked with Rick personally and could not disagree with you more. I didnt have "affiliation or partial interaction" with him. I worked side by side with him and was terribly let down by seeing what happened behind closed doors to dodge, duck, and avoid reality and empty promises made by Rick and his companies.

I just randomly stumbled across FC Radio on my iphone a couple of weeks ago. I can not and will not speak to or about the events that have lead to Mr. Koerber's legal difficulties. I wasn't there, and I'm not on the jury thus it is not in my interest to sit in judgement of another. His actions, innocent or guilty whether in the eyes of the law or in his heart does not slant the FCP message for me, or make wrong the 13 principles, or the call to Americans to wake-up. In other words, "Do as I say, not as I do" would be fitting. If Jesus, Budha, MLK, or Ghandi were found to have stolen from,..well anyone. Would you disregard all the teachings, the messages? (And don't get stupid on me, I AM NOT elevating Mr. Koerber to Jesus et al, I am making a point) The FCP message is good and well intentioned, I hope it grows. Guilt or innocence, I wish to both; those who suffered losses AND Mr. Koerber a quick and fair resolution and hopes for a much happier future.
