Thank you for this. Your observations about childlike virtue are true. The lack of it in SLAC contributes to the divisiveness here. I guess they think they're carving out a place for so-called "grown-ups." Fact is, they are so caught up in sophomoric ridicule of others that they can't see themselves for what they are. You were too kind to them in this article, really. But then, if you hadn't been, you would be doing as they do, contributing to the problem. Thank you for not doing that. I guess I should try harder not to resent them as I do.
