Clear her head? | 2:52 p.m. June 16, 2009
Any 31-year-old woman who pulls such a childish stunt, has nothing inside her head to clear!

This was a stupid, selfish act by a woman who doesn't even care about her small son. Why leave and let him wonder what happened?

Why was it so important to "disappear" for three weeks, Ms Drama Queen Jensen? So everyone would feel sorry for you, you poor little mistreated thing?

Whatever job you had, is now gone. Great. Now you'll be on public assistance, or pull some sort of "disability" for mental issues. Right?

If you leave somewhere in a fit of emotions, please tell someone where you are going! Don't just "leave" because you need to clear your head.

This woman worried people to the point of grieving because of her missing status.

That was really a selfish thing to do.

Well, attention seeking is nothing new in Utah. The most unstable thing on earth is a woman trying to figure herself out. Good luck with that!

A Woman to Conejo | 3:18 p.m. June 16, 2009
Very nice conejo. I guess all those men who figure themselves out by impregnating people, joining gangs and doing drugs are not considered "unstable."

I agree, she's very selfish. But don't make all women out to be just like her!

It appears to me after reading the story, this woman felt like she needed to get away. It's not up to us to judge whether she did right or wrong. We were not walking in her shoes. We do not know the full story of what caused her to leave. She must have felt hopeless, confused and scared to up and leave her child. When you feel overwhelmed whether it's fear or anger sometimes we just don't make the best choices. Looking at her picture tells me there is a little girl in there that needs help.

There is more there than meets the eye, she has something hidden and I don't think its very nice..
Whats her problem | 4:27 p.m. June 16, 2009
To leave like that i think is way selfish also.. so what if she has some problems at the moment... Welcome to life!!! it isnt dandy every second of every day! sometimes you have to come out of fairy tale land and realize that. but running away like that doesnt solve any problems! it just shows how immature you really are.. Grow up!
I know her | 6:09 p.m. June 16, 2009

Maybe she's depressed.
Maybe her meds aren't working right.
It happens...

I think I know somewhat how she feels. It takes everything I've got not to walk away from life everyday. But I don't think I could walk away from my child. But nobody knows what she is going through. Mental illness is not something that other's can judge. We all think we would do something different, but we are not in her shoes.

Good for her. She should have arranged it before hand but it sounds like a nice escape from reality. It may have been exactly what she needed to get her head clear and ponder her life.

Most people just go see the DR. and get on a pill without changing anything in their life. {Doesn't work}

Utah is over medicated on anti depressants. Taking a break and sorting stuff out in your head can be very therapeutic. Try it...

Don't be so quick to judge. No one
knows all the facts yet.

I know this is a late response.

I can't believe people saying I would have done this or she should have done that.

Nobody knows what was going on through this womans head.

Do I think she should have at least mentioned how long she was going to be gone YES. Doesn't mean she was wrong for leaving.

You say she shouldn't have left her child. Let's try this one. She takes the child with her and disappears for three weeks? Would that have been better? Come on seriously she needed to clear her head, don't just judge because you don't think you would have done that.

People worried fine but imagine how happy they were to see her again alive and well.

Think about those people that don't come home at all.

Ever heard of the saying "Walk a mile in my shoes?" Well try walking in her shoes for a bit and maybe then you might see why she did this.

So quick to judge!!!! Pointless! Everything happens for a reason!
