A good man and a good father. Always willing to help with words of encouragement, a friendly smile, or words of sage advise.
Condolences to his lovely wife, Andrea, and family.
He always lighted up the room.
Grandpa Ned,
We will miss you and can't wait to see you again.
Love, us.
He called me to serve a mission! A great bishop and a great man.
Coach knew people and knew how to get the best out of them. He made a difference. He was loved by Pleasant Grove . He was always a teacher, my teacher and one that I still feel the influence of.
His quick mind and generous spirit were unique. He still remembered things about you after 50 years! It was a privilege to know him. Bless you Andrea and family we pray for you in your loss.
Judy Kay Jolley Allen.
I will always remember Ned, along with all the other friends of the 45-47 Carbon Dinosaurs. Besides, we both have Pulsipher blood. Ned was one of the greatest. May God comfort and bless his family.
Condolences to the family.
One of the good guys!!!
He has touched many people during his life. He never took a day for granted and wanted to meet everyone and learn a little about them. I know people will not forget him and the many aspects of their lives he has influenced. Always opinionated and yet always supportive, I have lost an amazing grandfather and friend.
We were blessed to have Elder and Sister Alger serve at the St George Institute. There was never anyone he did not connect with and make feel special. He always knew someone they knew. There was never a job too big or too small to ask the two of them to do. Their great smiles and warm hugs made us all glad they were with us. Those of us who were the lucky ones will treasure the times we spent together and always be grateful for the blessing they were to all of us.
We love you, Sister Alger and know that Heavenly Father will continue to watch over and comfort you and your family.
Such a kind and gentle man. He made a greal contribution to the institute in St. George, Utah and to me personally. My prayers and heart go out to Sister Alger and the rest of the family. He accomplished much in his life but was so humble about his successes. A great man.
He was a man of great integrity and character. He always made me feel welcome in his home and around his family. When I worked for him at the U. of Utah he was as thorough of an individual with all that he did as anyone I have ever met. My condolences to his family and to Ally.
Uncle Ned,
He helped us all, and was never too busy for anyone. Because his motor never shut off he was able to befriend, lift, influence, and love a nearly countless group of friends. His amazing gift to stop and listen, give you candid advice, and then send you on your way encouraged and "assigned"helped this grateful soul and so many others meet goals, solve problems, and know of his love and concern.
What a privilege to know him, his beautiful and kind Wife, and hi wonderful family they love so much. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. We know tha Ned is on the job and directing Celestial matters now-- just waiting for us to put us to work.
We will miss Uncle Ned. We always loved his visits to our home and to Rhett at the Clinic. Uncle Ned always made us feel loved and important. He was a great example to us and his big smile will be missed. He never ceased to amaze us with all the people he knew; his mind was amazing. He always talked of his love for his girls, their spouses, and his grandchildren, and of course his sweatheart Andy. He was wonderful to check up on everyone in the family...providing the glue needed to keep people aware and in touch. His example in academics, athletics, and the gospel will live on through the countless lives he touched. Uncle Ned made a difference. Our love, prayers, and sympathy go out to Andy and the girs. We love you...thanks for sharing Ned.
Thanks to all who have shared their love and experiences.
Ned was the kind of man, that really took the time to get to know people. If he asked how you were, you knew he really ment it. If you are lucky enough to know any of his three daughters, you know what wonderful people Ned and Andy are. We will miss you Ned.
I feel very lucky to have been able to know Ned, He is a great man and will be missed. All of my love to his family.
I also feel fortunate to have known Ned. He certainly enriched my life and I think he enriched the lives of all who knew him. I know he will be missed by family and many others. The University of Utah is a better place because Ned passed our way. My condolences to his family.
I was fortunate to sit a few rows behind Ned @ Bball games in the JMHC. He had passion and great love for the Utes. I was fortunate enough to meet him one time and came away a better person. What a great human being! There will be a giant void with you not in Portal P anymore. Condolences to the family.
Uncle Ned and Family,
As I have sat here reading the kind notes that everyone has felt in their hearts to express. I feel there is nothing more that I can add. I know that all us are better, stronger, kinder, more loving, for having Ned in our lives, we are truly bless. If you had not seen Ned for a while he had a way with just a few questions, to make you feel a genuine love and respected,. Ned's love for his family is beyond measure, and we express our love at this time to Andy and family. We will always keep and honor our fond memories of Uncle Ned. I look forward to my next interview with him someday. ALL our LOVE,
