Graduates entering a messed up world

Having heard some rather mundane college graduation speeches this year, this high school graduation speech sounded quite refreshing!

I would add that since our generation is leaving a pretty screwed up world to our children, perhaps our children will be able to take the opportunity to solve these problems and to build a meaningful life (economically, spiritually) in the service of others. Instead of taking your math skills to become a derivatives shark on Wall Street or a bankster, perhaps take those skills to advance science or engineering to build a cleaner, safer world!
