thanks really informative
Allergy prevention should be key... And nasal washing is safe, economical and effective.
I have a wheat allergy. I get huge sores (and I do mean huge) in my throat if I eat it. This developed in my late twenties. You can imagine the lifestyle change it has required -- wheat seems to be in everything! But I've made the change and life is so much better. If you're an allergy suffer facing a major adjustment in your lifestyle, do it. You'll feel so much better!
I have never been this sick for this long. I have been suffering from cold-like symptoms since May, stuffy nose, itchy eyes, itchy throat and chest congestion. I went to the doctor last week and gave me some pills. But I am still sick! specially my eyes:(
I don't know what to do. I live in Eagle Mountain and have a bealge in my house. I don't know if there is something in the air or if my dog is the one to blame for it. Please help!!!
