Well Franco, I didn't like Jim Davis. But, I would take him any day of the week over Stacy "Bancruptcy-just-happens" Liddiard.

sure she can show her financial savvy with the chamber, the city gave her chamber like $50,000 last year. and they went to China?? aren't chambers supposed to get memberships to raise money?? then she has her luncheons and demands city employees go, but charges the city for them to go?. what is that? if I were a SSL resident I would think twice before making her mayor.

WOW Old Bob and Woods sure did a number with back ground check on liddiard, whats sad is woods has about the same back ground finical if looked into! Bob couldn't balance budget when chief of police and proved he couldn't as mayor either! So please endorse Woods or who ever so we no who not to vote for. Whats really sad is this current administration which have left the city the HIGHEST TAXED with the lowest incomes in the valley! WHATS WRONG WITH THAT PICTURE? We owe it all to mayor Bob, Ass.Woods,and council members Fitts,Weaver,Rutter,Marshall,former Bill Anderson Than you all!

sslpd...FYI...background checks do not disclose financial information. A public records search is more than likely what was done, which WOULD disclose Bankruptcy, tax liens, and debt collection lawsuits. By the way...hate to take all the scandal out of your posting, but the reporters do public record searches on ALL candidates for ALL elected positions. Nice try with the sslpd log on. If you really are involved in law enforcement you would know that background checks provide CRIMINAL information. One more thing...it's the responsibility of the city council to balance the budget...NOT the mayor's. Please...get correct information before wasting our time!!!
