So after 11 years they are still getting the shaft. They should haen gotten more than a million. He has been gone 11 years, do the math. What a slap in the face. I know, they are glad he had no fault, but they always knew that.

I think a $250,000 cap is obscene. For many people that's less than 5 years income. I don't know this man, but presume he was the breadwinner in the family. What are they to do? Does their lawyer get paid out of this? On another point, I hope Nephi City on behalf of the taxpayers will persue getting reimbursed by the irrigation company who it seems, is even more responsible for clearing the trees.
