Poor Obama, he's broke just about everything in this country, now he wants to "BREAK-UP" our health care system?????

Poor liberals are starting to see this guy is a loose cannon!

If the grubment runs health care, what happens when it goes broke?

Sure,Obama, give us a few more trillion in red ink! Who cares we don't have the money! We can always tax our great grandchildren to pay for it! Stupid is as stupid does!

Obama isn't trying to make healthcare in the US government run, he' trying to introduce regulations that would force the private sector to provide access to healthcare to all Americans. Look at nations like Germany or France to see what a system like this could look like. Instead the naysayers point to the UK or Canada. Their systems are not what Obama has in mind. His healthcare initiative is found easily online if you care to look.

We're the only developed nation that doesn't assure that all of its citizens have adequate health care. I'm embarrassed by that. It is in ALL of our interest if our society is healthier. We don't compare very well to many developed nations when it comes to life expectancy, infant mortality or the primary health indicators like heart disease or cancer.

Our system has its advantages and I don't want to lose them. I want to choose my doctor and have reasonable access to care when I need it without long waits. I've lived in Germany (15+ years), Japan (3 years) and France (2 years) and had excellent care for my chronic illness in each country.

For a country that is debt ridden and broke the government has no means to run a federal insurance company, and that is all his plans are. Create another insurance plan which is not doing anything to help the poor or the rich. Sure, it gives a lot of money to insurance and our monopolized health care system but it will not provide health care. That is not the responsibility of government. Any socializing of individual needs is not government responsibility. What government is responsible for is an industry monopolizing health care and price fixing of health care services. Obama is disillusioned and behaving like a man out of control. His fixation on helping the poor is only making things worse for them and the rest of the nation. Obama is not doing anyone any favors in his disillusionment and further depleting our national pride. This man, Obama, needs some serious mental evaluations and treatment for his schizophrenia.
