Park City budget plan avoids deep cuts so far

You have to be kidding. Sales tax revenues down 30% and an employee raise is proposed by city council. What are they thinking, they can raise property taxes to fill the hole? Don't PC city fathers realize those paying the taxes are hurting too and a little property tax relief could help someone make a mortgage payment or reduce credit card debt, or even put food on the table!
