No weapon, no body, did he take a lie detector and fail? Are the prosecutor and judge clairvoyant? People are alway put in prison with no real proof. All you need to do is convince 12 people that your THEORY is right. It's a great injustice if he didn't do it as well a tragedy for the murdered woman who's killer may still be out there.

The length of time since Kiplin's disappearance is sad and would lead one to believe that the person responsible for whatever happened IS NOT someone who has been considered so far. This is a real tragedy for the victim's family and all other's who may be innocently accused.

After all this time and the prosecutors cannot even present the evidence in a timely manner for Corpus... You know why - they don't have it!
