Joseph Smith comments on the law, "Don't employ lawyers,or pay them money for their knowledge. for I have learned that they don't anything. I KNOW MORE THAN THEY ALL." (D.H.C., Vol.5.p.467)

If I were to try and put myself in the shoes of Jospeh,I probably would think and act as he did.The quote made here by Anonymous could be taken in more than one way.I don't know what Joseph was thinking but I think he considered his opinion as valid.I'm happy to see the life of this man being studied and presented to the world.I await more interesting understanding of this man they call the American Prophet.
