Bottom line in this article is that the YEWTS lucked out!!!!!
It is TRUE that they were the last placed team in the tournament and DID NOT have a winning record in the Conference and still DO NOT!!!!!
I just hope they don't FOLD UP like their basketball team did and make the rest of the conference look BAD.
GO FROGS!!!!!!
Better to have the shot, ie Basketball, Football, then to have to sit on thier hands and watch. But I guess as a TCU fan, your used to it. Get over it idiot, you and TDS will ALWAYS be our little sisters.
You sure sounds like a bitter Koog and not a TCU fan. You might have to start coming up with a better excuse than "luck" though. That one is getting pretty old these days.
for the alleged TCU fan....
Maybe you need to spend the extra Million dollars that the Utah football team earned for your school on anti-choke medicine.
The hardest working teams ALWAYS get the 'luckiest'
And then, make the conference "look bad"? Are you kidding me?
If you truly are a Texican you have to know that Baseball is just something to do after Spring Football is over. No national recognition is on the line; regardless of what Utah does at the tournament.
Football-check; Basketball-check; Baseball-check; Gymnastics-check; Water polo-check; Utes rule-check.
TCU-how's your kicker looking this year?
The Utes got hot at the right time. They worked hard all year and did things right. Congrats are in order. Hopefully this will help them get a field that we can be proud of. Keep up the good work Coach.
I'm pretty sure you are a "real" TCU fan, using the term "YEWTS" and all. Pretty much everybody in the MWC has learned that term by now from the TDS fans, who of course never troll Ute article comment boards.
But, seriously, how miserable it must be about now for the BYU fans whose favorit slogan is: "my favorite teams are BYU and whoever is playing Utah."
Also, how comical for them to accuse Utah of making the conference "look bad." Like BYU made the conference "look good" in this year's NCAA basketball tournament? Or, any NCAA basketball tournament? Oh, yea, except for that one time back in the 1970s. . . .
Then there is the sterling BYU football bowl game record, where BYU has always made the conference look so good. You know, going in as conference champion and then getting clobbered by a 5th place team from a "big" conference.
Yup, you Cougar sports teams, you keep making the conference look great on the national scene! Just keep up the good work!
Was classy and respectful of the Utes, Schlossnagle (The TCU coach) even picked the Utes to win the tournament before it started.
I think our TCU fan is more likely a BYU fan that just can't stand this much Ute success...
Football, Volleyball, Men's and Women's Basketball, and now Baseball.
The year of the Ute...

TCU FAN ?
More like some BITTER Y-NER!
One and done! See, those who hate U can write that phrase too!
