"Booked into Weber County Jail on charges of arson, possession of illegal fireworks and cruelty to animals..." This, in response to a poor woman who just attempted to commit suicide? For Pete's sake people, show a little compassion!
And they took the dogs away. Obviously she loved them too enough to take them with her. Now she has lost it all and has a charge against her. I hope she gets the help she needs and her dogs back.
