I think your still missing the point, while proving mine in regurgitating beliefs and "truths" you've probably been spoon fed from a very young age, with your "us vs. them" group mentality thinking. I doesn't matter if the subject is ethnicity, nationality or whatever, group thought can infect any conversation...Rednecks vs, Urbanites, Mormons vs. protestants, Muslims vs. Jews, coke vs. pepsi drinkers, it doesn't matter the topic, there's always an artificial "us vs. them" distinction made. Nobody is born a member of any group. It's all made up, it's a big story we're told about "who we are". Your not anyone or anything at birth, and your ancestors actions have absolutely nothing to do with you, nothing, You can't take any credit for actions taken by someone else before you were even born. You would have had nothing to do with it. Get over phony group identification it only leads to problems in the long run.

We had a guy go to jail for taking down a Mexican flag here, last year. That, after the folks who put the Mexican flag up, rehung the American flag upside down, in a symbol of distress, UNDER the Mexican flag.
If they like the Mexican flag so much, living in America and using our benefits, let them go back south where their flag is so loved.
