Rest in Peace. Please look out for motorcycles and bikes, alot of them are out now.

As I fully agree with Anonymous about looking out for bicycles.. in this case, the bicyclist needed to look out for the car. There are many negligent bikers our there, even pedestrians. Its not always the driver's fault. Better said, use common sense when on the road!

I went to high school with the driver, and we graduated in 2008. I really wish that people in this state would learn to look around them before they act while on the road. Nobody looks, signals are rare, and very few Utahans actually follow the majority of road laws. Cases like this one should just prove that we NEED TO PAY MORE ATTENTION. I can't begin to express how strongly I feel about this. Please exercise more caution while driving or riding. Rest in peace...

I also know the driver. I have known him since the 1st grade. Why do people always think its the driver? Its a lot harder to see a motorcycle than a car. Keep your eyes open.
