Waddoups is showing real leadership in a difficult time. His decision to put the Medicaid issue on the call shows he has solid judgement.
K-12 education took a 18% cut but was backfilled by federal stimulus money. Thank goodness we had K-12 education to save the state budget (almost 2/3 of the 1 billion cut came from K-12 education which only accounted for about 33% of the state budget and now only accounts for 21%, but wait until next year when education budgets start 1/5 smaller than last year.
Hey wait a minute here!!! We want to help the Chrysler Dealers?? I'm self employed and my business is now operating on my savings..
Why would you, Mr. WADDOUPS even consider doing something that insane-- Bail out the schools-- sheesh
