The article is a little confusing. The first half is all about stevia, the second half suddenly is all about agave. What's the difference between the two?

The Truvia sweetener also has a sugar alcohol in it and some flavoring to take the bitter edge off, its' more like sugar but don't know how it would be for cooking.
