I wish you all the best success in the tournament Duke brothers. Clearly your Dad has raised winners in life, not just in the game of baseball. You don't have to win the tournament to prove that! But what a story it would be.

What a great article!! I feel honored to know these 2 young men, and wish them the very best. They do love this game, and they make it better just playing it. Good Luck B-rock & Adomie.

Brock Duke has as much class, dedication and skill in baseball as any pitcher to come out of Utah. Although his fastball is not what some other flamethrowers have been, it is more effective. He combines it with other pitches to keep batters off-balance. I'd choose him over any other pitcher in the State right now, just because of his effectiveness on the mound. Great kid. Hard worker. His skills have come from his dedication to improvement and hard work.

This is a great article. Having played against Brock and Adam growing up in super league and played with them on travel teams around the country I am very happy to know these two young men and call them my friends. Losing a father is never easy and I remember the week that Dev died and I feel honored to have played in the Dev Duke Tourney in rememberance of him as a kid. Good luck Adam and Brock, hope to see you in the state tourney.

The loss of their father was tragic, but let's not overlook Mom. She must be an outstanding lady!

Brock has worked hard in the last 8 months to improve himself physically. He's always had a mental toughness and a knowledge of the game that is second to none in this state. It's been a pleasure to know him and watch his development over the years. Winning a ring in State would top off all the hard work he and the rest of the Dons have put in this year. Go get 'em Dons!!

Congratulations to Brock and Adam and their outstanding achievements. Not only are both of them outstanding athletes, but they are outstanding young men as well. What a great ending to the story it would be if they can win a state championship together! Go Dons, and Go Duke Brothers!

My son has played against and with Brock in super league when he was younger and the last few years has played with him on a scout traveling team. He is a great example to other boys! A very positive person and a great teacher. He is always willing to share his knowledge and pick a team mate up when they are down. Good job Duke Boys!!! Good luck to you both.

Brock is a class act. Having a son whom has played on allstar teams with him, I can say he is the real deal.
He treats everyone like an equal and seems to be a great leader.
I wish him all the success in the world and believe he can handle it.
It would be nice if our 4 a team had some leadership on it?

Good Luck | 5:14 p.m. May 11, 2009
I have watched the Duke's play baseball for many years as I have a son Brock's age. I personally watched the Mariner's win the Triple Crown World Series when Brock was 12. Both of them are great kids and have always played hard and been a class act on and off the field whenever I have seen them and my son has played against them many times over the years. I am cheering for SF in the tournament this year and I hope the Dons can pull it off. Good luck to you.
Brock and Adam ... Good luck to you both! You have a great support staff!

I saw Adam Duke for the first time ever today against Skyline. He carried a perfect game into the seventh. He shutdown Skyline in every sense of the word. Folks, this kid is for real. Congratulations.

Hey, lets not forget the AAU Western Nationals in Arlington, TX the following year! Great article, great kids, great friends, and the greatest memories a dad could ever ask for! We always knew we had a 10th man in the outfield and I know he's very proud that through all the hype his boys are well grounded young men and still practicing "the fundamentals" on the field. We love ya Brock and Addie! Go Dons, take state!
