I know where you're coming from. I've just had my first fiction novel, Dangerous Days - The Autobiography of a Photojournalist, published in the USA by Eloquent Books. I followed the same basic principles in the storyline of having a young hero who sticks to his principles while helping others. The concept works well. Good luck with your writing now and in the future.
I got to meet the author at the Deseret Book store in Jordan Landing where she did a book signing on Saturday. I finished it this afternoon. Great writing, believable characters, all the excitement of Twilight, without the stuff I don't want my daughter to read. (That's why I screened this one first, and am going to let her start it tomorrow)
Excellent book and highly recommended!
Just finished reading (wanted to make sure it was ok for my daughter first) and LOVED it. Great work and can't wait to read the next one!
Sounds great! I have one on hold at the library. Can't wait to read it.
This is an excellent book by a wonderful emerging talent. Fun, exciting, intelligent story with likeable characters - and a few you 'll love to hate.
