Oh course the GOP can't take anything for granted now. However, they refuse to change or come up with solutions either. They seem content with losing basically all their political power and then accusing Obama for everything.

This kind of tactic has worn thin with the American people. We're tired of the GOP's smear tactics and lack of responsibility, fiscal restraint, connections to corporate America, tax cuts for the rich, and fascist attitudes.

Yet, I completely expect more of the same old from the GOP.

Hmmmmmm the Democrats are so full of themselves aren't they????? Please tell how the far left are never smear, are responsible, can balance a budget (this one I can't wait for you to wiggle out of), tax cuts (without the rich you don't have any taxes), and the last one (which I find hilarious from a kool-aid drinker) fascist attitude, can you please tell what a "LIBERAL" truly is then????

I'm trying to reconcile being god's church and always being on the wrong side of change. Utah is both Mormon and republican and the divine hand seems to have passed you by politically.

Democrats conveniently ignore the fact that:

DEMOCRATS are LOSING members at the rate as republicans!


And why should republicans listen to democrats on what they need to do win elections,

are what demcrats are saying in the their best interest?

and why would democrats want to help republicans to win?


The BIG problem is republican shave become TOO much like democrats,


and are in fact democrats lite,

and are NOT offering a true alternative.


How much different is hunrsman jr, or mccain than your typical demcrat?

This is why they MUST clean house of ALL the liberal elements,

I used to be republican, I share one of the reasons I left ..

Reagan campaigned as someone who was against abortion and as someone who would fight for right to life.

Then his one choice Sandra Day Oconnor is the reason we still have Roe v Wade with us today. The court was considering overturning it, and her one vote is the reason it wasn't over turned, the court voted 5-4 to keep it.

Later, I heard on a Sunday morning talk show that when ever Reagan was giving a speech and the major subject was right to life, he attended by video feed, when the subject was lowering taxes, he managed to make it in person.

After he became incapacitated, his wife Nancy let it out that she was "pro choice".

I decided then and there never to give the GOP my vote again based on the abortion issue. I actually would rather have a sworn enemy in power than someone who feigns to be my friend and then stabs me in the back.
